Account Manager. PE Global is a resourcing company, with offices in Cork, Dublin & London, that specializes in offering tailored recruitment solutions to companies and organisations in the domestic and international markets. We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to operate as the lead point of contact for a number of our key clients. We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The person requires 6-8 years’ experience; preferably in strong sales account management, with a minimum of 4 years in a management position. Previous experience within the recruitment sector is a bonus but not essential. Responsibilities: Operate as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to key client accounts. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Prepare reports on account status. Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Liaising with cross-functional internal teams (including Recruiters and Accounts) to improve the entire customer experience. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. This position may require occasional travel to the UK. Requirements. Familiarity with account management software (CRM. Flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour. Ability to meet ambitious individual and team-wide quotas. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BBS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field. Bachelors Degree in Business Studies or similar field and 6-8 years of sales experience.
