Fantastic opportunity to join a growing global organisation based 25mins on the west side of Cork City on a permanent basis. In this role you will act as a key member of the HR Team and also as a key contributor to all HR services, policies and programs for this manufacturing site of approx. 200 employees. You will gain experience in Employee & Industrial Relations, act as a Business Partner to Front Line Managers and oversee Talent Management & Development as well as Comp & Bens. This opportunity would ideally suit those with a hands-on and can-do approach and at least 3 years HR experience. Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request): HR Administration. Comp & Bens. Employee Engagment Initiatives. Learning and Development. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition. Talent Management & Development. Oversee Graduate Programme. Industrial Relations. Key Project Design & Delivery. Internal Communications. On-boarding. Maintenance and development of all HRIS systems. The Ideal Person: 3+ yrs HR Generalist experience within a fast paced environment is highly desirable. 3rd level qualification in HR or related discipline. Robust understanding and knowledge of Irish Employment Law. CORE Time and Attendance experience advantageous. Proficient numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data. Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR in a unionised environment. Ability to prepare written reports and correspondences, and presentations to senior leadership.
