A Group Validation Co-ordinator is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based food client. Please contact Diarmuid Buckley for full details. THE ROLE: * Working with the relevant facilities / Group functions develop a Validation Plan based on activity required across the group of companies ( could include new factory builds, factory modifications, software implementations etc. * Co ordination of the completion of validation risk assessments for each manufacturing site, to identify the list of validation activities required for each manufacturing process, equipment validation or software. * Draft the relevant Validation Master Plans for each activity identified by the RA and within the relevant project etc. * Form a validation team for each validation required and act as or agree a Project Validation Lead. * Co- ordinate the drafting of relevant validation protocols with the relevant team encompassing DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ. * Schedule the execution, completion & sign off of validation reports, reviews / assessments to ensure validation results and outcomes are compared with internal and external standards. * Manage close out of corrective actions associated with validation exercises. REQUIREMENTS: * Engineering Degree or food science qualification. * 5 years validation experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment or other relevant industry. * Strong communication skills with ability to lead.
