Concierge Junior Admin
My client has an exciting opening for a concierge to join their on-site team to support day to day activities on site. This role is public facing where you will act as one of the primary points of contact providing concierge services for the company. You must be able to manage a fast-paced environment. Strong planning and coordination skills are also essential. This will be a largely customer facing role, being the first point of contact for the property based at the main concierge desk. Responsibilities of Role: Have a strong work ethic, pro-active attitude, keen desire to learn and willingness to take ownership of a project. Check-in arriving visitors, providing access using security and access control system. Acting as the main point of in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Operating the main reception phone system and inbox, including responding to all queries in a timely manner. Overseeing and maintaining daily administrative operations to enhance and support a cohesive and efficient office environment. Organising meetings where requested. Ensuring reception operations run smoothly with consideration to GDPR guidelines. Experience Required: Previous experience in a customer facing role. Ability to prioritise with good problem solving and decision-making skills. Previous experience in a concierge role or the hospitality industry would be desirable. Please note the weekly working hours are 25 hrs a week. There is a split shift and you can either work be Monday – Friday 7 am – 2.30pm or 11.30am – 7 pm Monday – Friday.
