Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with the preparation and completion of all monthly payrolls and associated reporting. Interpret payroll information - critique and question to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide guidance and recommendations for change / improvementrelating to payroll queries. Assist with pension, healthcare, death in service, income protection renewals for annual renewals each year for Ireland & UK and other countries as required. Monthly generation of reports for HR & Finance. Data analysis & summary interpretation in report format for continuous improvement. Management of banking processing for payroll. Management of any audit processes working closely with finance teams. Involvement in Health and Safety activities, committee meetings, risk assessments etc. Perform all other job-related tasks as requested. Requirements. HR qualification with CIPD certification is desirable. IPASS certificate would be an advantage but not essential. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable, however a graduate with finance or business skills could be considered. Experience in processing Irish monthly payroll and working with payroll providers in other European locations is desirable.
