Rockwell Automation Limited, Cork, are now looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the SiteServices Department. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, responsibilities will include to: Develop and implement the recruiting strategy for the Site Services Department in a. challenging environment with a strong focus on high quality but competitive costs. Source and attract candidates by various direct methods including social media, personal networks, internal applicant tracking systems, employee referrals etc. Conducting initial interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Collaborate with internal Team Leads on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Manage and keep up-to-date in-house Applicant Tracking System. Develop and update job descriptions as required. Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their requirements to ensure effective and efficient recruiting. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Generate Client reports and provide supporting documentation for accounts on a monthly basis. Requirements: 3rd level or CIPD qualification required. 3 years + experience in a related role would be preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Recruitment process required. Knowledge and understanding of the Life Science Industry an advantage. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
