Marketing Operations Manager (B2B. Poppulo are growing and we have a brand new opportunity for a talented, self-directed Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Global Marketing Function and the execution of priority marketing programs across the global marketing team. As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple programs and campaigns, building a production roadmap and managing available resources, in order to successfully meet our campaign deadlines, and deliver results. Working in Poppulo HQ as part of the global marketing team, this role will require working closely with regional and global marketing teams to support strategy execution, requirements planning, content creation, best practice sharing, and driving operational efficiencies. Responsibilities: This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, industry-leading technology business to support marketing objectives across digital channels (including email, events, social, display, search, website, webinars, event. Lead for Global Marketing projects & programs. Manage, motivate and develop a team of specialist marketeers. Partner with other Marketing Managers to gather requirements, develop roadmaps to support priority campaigns and events. Ownership of multiple digital marketing deliverables that support our key business priorities, ensuring end-to-end project management to successfully meet deadlines and deliver results. Determining roles, timelines, aloocating resources and budgets. Introducing success metrics and PM methodologies. Assesesing Ricks & maintaining awareness of progress to goals and controlling feedback loops. Dealing with unforeseen issues, competing priorities, blockers and problem solving. Know how to communicate requirements and feedback to improve project outcomes. Drive and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage prospects and customers across digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.) to support business objectives based on program experience and performance. Requirements: Proven experience managing and executing multiple digital programs & projects. Proven track record managing and developing a team. Excellent planning skills, extremely well organized and detail oriented. Ability to prioritise, manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables. Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English required. Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 7+ years of experience. Strong Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and large projects. People Management. Marketing experience. Preferred Qualifications. Experience in Marketing B2B technology products or services preferred. Effective presentation of information and strong communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders. Superior G Suite skills (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar etc.). Working knowledge of Enterprise tools including Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Salesforce (CRM.
