Collections Agents. Cork. Permanent. Our client, a leading Business Process Outsourcing company based in Cork is recruiting Collections Agents as a result of continued business expansion. Responsibilities. Provide excellent customer service. Escalating issues where necessary. Work as part of a team. Work to SLAs to meet specified KPIs and targets. Handling a high volume of calls in a professional manner. Update the internal system in a timely and efficient manner. Liaise with other departments within the business as required. Ad hoc duties as required. Requirements. Previous experience in a credit control/collections/accounts receivable role. Experience in the BPO sector is beneficial. Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Experience working in a team environment. Strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work to deadlines.
