Administrator. ALS Life Sciences, (part of the ALS Group) has a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join their team in Little Island, Cork. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES. Receiving customer phone calls and directing calls to appropriate department. Responding to customer queries and provide customer support. Provide various certificates, invoices and documents on request. Assist customers with sample submission and testing queries. Chase and take payments, issue receipts and release testing certificates. Dispatch/post testing kits and consumables. Deal with courier arrivals and dispatches. Assist with general reception duties. Ad Hoc duties as required. ESSENTIAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: Excellent standards of PC literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook. Professional phone manner and customer service skills. Willingness to learn. Analytical and logical approach with a keen eye for detail. Able to thrive under pressure and work as part of team in a fast-paced environment. Interest/background in science would be an advantage but not essential. Knowledge of LIMS and SAGE Accounts would be an advantage but not essential. SALARY.
