AccountAdmin Agents x5. LittleIsland. Working with an expanding professional Support Solutions company who are urgently looking to recruit Credit Control agents to join their team. Looking to hire Credit Control reps who haveAccount Adminexperience. He/She would be responsible for the collection of due amounts by telephone and letter from an identified list of Customer Accounts. Duties include: •Present customers with options to facilitate debt reduction. •Know the collection process. •Assist customers in the effort to settle outstanding accounts. •Ensure that all e-mails, queries and ad-hoc requests are dealt with in a timely manner. •Communicate /escalate all issues related to Accounts in a timely manner. •Maintenance of accurate records on accounts system. •Maintenance of accurate manual records as per procedures. •Strictly follow the agreed Service Level Agreements daily. •Report on a weekly & monthly basis to the Credit Control Supervisor on the progress of the debt collection for an identified list of Accounts. Skills/Experience: •Previous Accounts Admin experience preferred. •Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. •Experience of working in a team environment. •Experience of working to and performing against set targets. •Ability to deal positively and professionally with difficult situations which may arise. •Strong negotiating and influencing skills. •Proactive attitude – must have ability to take initiative to get the job done. •Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
