We are looking for people who are travelling through Cork airport to help with some Mystery Shopping assessments. As a Mystery Shopper you will be asked to visit specific stores and/or restaurants in the Airport and assess certain criteria, such as the level of service received, the presentation of the outlet and in the case of restaurants, the quality of food. We also carry out Mystery Shopping for a number of clients across various sectors, so once you have signed up, you will be eligible for these assessments along with the airport work. By logging onto our website you will be able to see all the available mystery shops in your area. You will be notified by email when new jobs are posted online. You will be provided with a training manual on how to use our system, with telephone backup from our Account Managers. You don’t need any specific qualification to become a mystery shopper but ideally, we are looking for someone who is observant, has a keen interest in customer service and good written English.
