Nordic Account Manager. Cork. Permanent. My client, a global organisation in IT sector is recruiting a Nordic Account Manager to join the team in their EMEA Headquarters in Cork. Responsibilities. Strategic account management. Manage new and existing business relationships through excellent service. Pricing and contract negotiation. Work to specific sales targets and KPIs. Maintain excellent product/market knowledge. Forecast sales figures as accurately as possible. Regular reporting on sales figures and pipeline. Liaise and collaborate with senior stakeholders and other areas of the business as required. Some travel may be required. Requirements. Fluent English and Finnish/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian. Previous experience in an IT solutions sales role in a multinational organisation. Experience in/good understanding of territory and channel sales. Experience managing the full sales cycle. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to interact with colleagues and clients of all levels. Driven and resilient with a team-player mindset. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Experience with a CRM system.
