They are now looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in Midleton.   As a leading organisation, our client celebrates their diversity, takes time to learn from their staff and looks for opportunities to build on best practice.   Fostering a transparent, supportive and forward-thinking environment, our client offers the chance to help shape their processes, develop a dedicated team and make a lasting difference with the business.   As the Quality Manager, you will promote Quality Assurance throughout the business and ensure that quality systems are maintained and developed.   In this important role, you will oversee the Quality Team who support day-to-day site operations, motivating them to perform to the best of their ability.   You will manage all external audits, foster a culture of compliance with QMS systems and support continuous process improvement initiatives.   Additionally, you will liaise with colleagues across the organisation to manage customer requirements and make sure that change initiatives are a success.   Your other duties will involve:   - Ensuring process and equipment validation are carried out in-line with best practice - Supporting the QA and Engineering teams - Making sure that risk management systems are effectively applied    To be considered, you will need:   - At least five years’ experience gained in a similar role in the medical device industry- Experience of leading FDA audit preparation and management  - Experience of managing a team of resources - Knowledge of ISO 13485 2016 and 21 CFR Part 820  - A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field Adaptable and pragmatic, as the Quality Manager, you’ll have outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse workforce and customer base.
