Project Manager (client side role, working for the developer. Cork. €Neg + executive package. ICDS have an urgent vacancy for a client side Project Managerwith a high profile and long standing reputable developer who are constructing a number of housing schemes in the Cork area. The project will be tendered out to and then constructed by a reputable main contractor. You will be the client's representative on the site, supervising the main contractor, working directly for the developer. You will have a good eye for finishes, and have a good working knowledge of BCAR legislation, and as the Client's Representative, you will hold regular Design team meetings, contractor meetings and safety meetings. You will be degree/diploma qualified in civil engineering, and will have 5+ years’ proven experience of working with a large main contractor or developer in a project manager role, with experience in house building.
