Duties to include but not limited to: Provide IT Support to our nationwide stores. Deal with support tickets and first level IT issues. Travel to regional sites required. Participate in planned hardware and software changes. Network configuration/support. Some out of hours work required. Any other duties as directed by management. Skills required: 3rd Level or equivalent IT qualification. Full driving license essential. Enthusiastic with a willing to learn. Good IT troubleshooting skills. Good organisational and communication skills. Exposure to some/all of the following desirable: Knowledge of Retail POS Systems would be a distinct advantage. Helpdesk/Remote IT Support. Computer hardware and software maintenance. MS Office Suite of applications. Windows 7/8/10 configuration and support. Windows Server 2008/12/16 operating systems. TCP/IP. Active Directory. Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. Remote Desktop Applications e.g. RDP, TeamViewer etc. Anti-Virus/Malware/Network Security. PBX and Hosted Telephony Solutions.
