We are now hiring a Controls & Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Carrigaline on a specified purpose contract (estimated duration of 12 months. Let's be frank. Primary Accountabilities:- Responsible for the OM end to end process for the Trading model Entity's within PepsiCo. Preparation of month end reconciliations and Royalties. Prepare Quarterly Global retailers for reporting purposes. Preparation of month end trial balances. Prepare and upload journals for Royalties, Allocations, and Freight relating to the Trading model. Creation and review of the Monthly Aged analysis including chasing overdue customers. Creation of Kit invoices for the Canada customer. Cover for DMO and billing roles when needed. Prepare weekly Intercompany billing forecast and wire preparations for treasury purposes. Prepare & Issue Intercompany statement with follow up to confirm balances for the Singapore Entity. Update compliance file where necessary for SOX Compliance monthly. QualificationsRequirements: Essential Skills :- Part qualified Accountant an advantage. Minimum of 2 years proven demonstrated track record in a busy Order Management environment, ideally multi-national focused. Exposure to and working knowledge of SAP. Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, particularly at month end. Strong team player with good communication skills, who can interact with other departments and management. Self-sufficient with the ability and desire to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis. Ability to identify opportunities and manage change programs - to streamline/ reengineer existing processes and influence people to implement them. Ability to identify issues on a timely basis, identify an action plan to resolve issues and influence others to implement the action plan.
