You will be a key player in the airfreight team offering solutions in a timely and efficient manner to the customer to ensure all aspects of the operation are managed to a high standard. This is a customer facing role so a focus on providing best of class communication is taken as standard. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. Customers/customs clearance /invoicing/creditors/& other reports and administration duties. Following GDP guidelines for Pharma products in the supply chain and following SOP. D elivery and collection scheduling and dealing with carriers/hauliers/subcontractors and third parties. Liaise with overseas partners to ensure the department is proactive in providing a quality operational performance. Foster and develop good relations with both existing and potential customers to ensure retention and growth. Establish a good working relationship with the air freight department and its customers. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED. Freight forwarding experience. Freight forwarding industry certification. Ideally, strong multi-modal Freight & Logistics understanding. Hazardous Goods Training. Proactive participation and adherence to the company QSHE system. Delivering excellence in quality and customer service every time. Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate internally in a correct manner. Strong written communication skills are crucial Terms. Fulltime permanent. Package.
