Pre- Sales Analyst Permanent Cork Our client are a fast growing software analytics company in Cork and are looking to hire a Pre Sales Analyst for their retail analytics software. Ideally with 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar field. Ideal Candidate: Well organised individual who is highly motivated. Good problem-solving skills with the ambition to learn and grow within the organisation. Customer focused, analytical in mind and able to deal practically with problems and obstacles that the company and our customers may encounter. Role Responsibilities: Working side by side with the CTO, Digital Marketing Manager and Data Science team the successful candidate will learn about the clients retail analytical software, how it works, how and why it impacts the customer and how to market and present it to their customers. You will be responsible for organising the sales pipeline and assisting in developing that pipeline from lead generation to closing the sale. You will be working with an existing customer base and a technical team to help increase user adoption and provide a key feedback loop on the user interface and user experience from a non-technical perspective to the internal team. The role requires some international travel to the client customer base and within the parent group’s divisions to help promote the software globally in partnership with the digital marketing team. You will also be working with the data analyst team to constantly strive to improve the insights provided to customers and work very closely with customers to jointly develop and market key case studies from an existing user base. Help manage client SalesForce CRM system for the pipeline management from lead generation to closing the sale.
