My client, an Engineering company in East Cork is currently seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to provide high quality administrative support to the Finance Team and the wider business. Key Responsibilities: Support with reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring site access processes are followed. Processing and filing weekly invoices. Track invoice spend versus individual Purchase Orders. Liaising with suppliers and purchasing consumables. General administrative duties including post, filing and order management. The successful candidate will have strong office administration experience and a sound understanding of MS Word and Excel. Experience of Navision system is an advantage.You will be personable and flexible in your approach and willing to support various teams across the business as required.
