IT Graduate. We are now recruiting an IT Graduate to join our team in Carrigaline for a period of 30 months. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Work in the IT Operations team, based in Cork, with a focus on the technology towers of Compute, Network, End User Services, Security and Manufacturing IT. Provide technical support to end users in Cork campus. Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue and respond to requests within SLA. Coordinate & Participate in technology projects which involve IT and Manufacturing. Ability to apply technology creatively within a business context. Maintain and update IT systems documentation. Work out of hours as required on project work or issue resolution. Essential Skills. Applicants will ideally have a qualification in an IT discipline e.g. business information systems, IT management, cloud computing or digital media. Keen interest in IT technology with an analytical approach to problem solving. Possess excellent IT skills. Customer focused with a commitment to deliver a superior service. Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills required (written & verbal. Suitable/relevant work experience in an IT team or support role would be preferred. Ability to apply technology creatively within a business context is highly desirable.
