Experience in 5* / high end 4* Hotel / Award Winning Restaurant. Be a strong number 2 to the Current Head Chef, be a team player & follow direction. Passionate about food, fresh local ingredients & fine dining. Be creative and motivated to succeed. Have an eye for detail & food presentation. Lead and motivate the kitchen team in their continued success. Work well under pressure while ensuring that standards remain high. Excellent understanding of GP's, budgets and cost control.
