Skills Required: Candidate should have excellent written and verbal English, Good communication skills. Be competent with excellent organisational ability and work on own initiative with high attention to detail. Excellent IT knowledge, excel, Microsoft Office. Excellent Timekeeping. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Processing a high volume of Credit & Debit Invoices efficiently, resolving queries as they arise. Processing Receipts/Payments, Lodgements, Credit Control and Monthly account updates. Ensure Credit terms are adhered to by customers in order to manage Aged Debtors. Liaise with customers and suppliers. Implement and Maintain Internal Financial Controls and procedures. Deal with Purchase Orders to ensure all costs are entered and charged correctly to all projects. Prepare Quatations. Answer the telephone and log all calls. General Filing and office duties.
