The Examiner Group is recruiting a Sales Executive for the Advertising Sales Department of the Irish Examiner and the Evening Echo. This role is responsible for maximising advertising sales revenue across all products and channels for the Irish Examiner and the Evening Echo. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, evolving and dynamic media environment. A keen interest and appreciation for the media market are important in this role. The person will have responsibility for growing an existing customer base, along with delivering new business and revenue through advertising, partnerships and creative solutions across print and online. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative approach to client relationships. S/he will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
