My client, a well-established Accountancy Firm in Cork have an opportunity for a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide high level support to a Partner of the Firm. Key Responsibilities of the role: Provide administrative support to the Partner including diary management, organising travel arrangements and expenses. Attend meetings and AGMs with the Partner to take minutes and ensure action points from meetings are completed. Ensure partner timesheet is completed each week. Receive, direct and relay telephone calls, fax, email and other queries. Monitor and manage partner emails and draft responses as required. Audio/Dictaphone typing of general correspondence and other documentation. Ensure compliance requirements are met, maintain records and advise of relevant courses to be attended. Provide general office administrative support as required. The successful candidate: Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Enthusiastic and confident with strong interpersonal communication skills. High level of conscientiousness and confidentiality. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to implementing solutions and problem solving. Excellent telephone manner and writing skills (draft letters, minutes, reports etc. Effective administrative skills, with keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask, use initiative and prioritise workload. Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a can-do attitude to requests and tasks.
