As the Sales & Business Development Manager, you’ll drive sales of our client’s vehicle rental services at their high-volume branch in Cork. Leading and motivating your team, you’ll deliver training and provide ongoing guidance to enable employees to perform at their best. You will also: - Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a first-class service is delivered. - Work closely with management and department leaders. - Maintain accurate sales reports. To be considered, you’ll need: - Experience of successfully driving incremental sales. - Previous experience in a leadership role. - The ability to manage direct customer contact, employee relations, budgets and P&L reviews. - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - A degree level qualification in a business-related discipline.
