We are now on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our PepsiCo Lipton Joint Venture team in Carrigaline on a permanent basis. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Primary Accountabilities: Lead all aspects of the financial, customer supply chain & compliance of services delivered to the Pepsi-Unilever Joint Venture (JV) (Pepsi Lipton International - PLI) ensuring a clear value proposition for the JV Leadership. Lead the PLI Cork Team through an expected SAP implementation in 2019/2020. Lead the General Ledger and Financial Reporting monthly reporting process. Lead the PLI Supply Chain Order Management process. Drive outstanding standards of compliance with the Global Control Standard (GCS) throughout the service delivery processes. Ensure that the PepsiCo Joint Venture Governance policy is adhered to and any concerns around non-compliance are quickly and effectively reported. Enhance Individual and Team Effectiveness and Engagement, reviewing Functional and Technical competencies to ensure that the team stay engaged, empowered and effective. Essential Skills: Qualified Accountant with 10 Years relevant PQE. Proven ability to Develop and Maintain key strategic relationships i.e. Decision Makers, Service Levels, Customer Relationship, Service Culture and Performance Management. Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive leadership teams. Strong collaboration & Influencing skills cross functionally. Strong Financial Reporting & Financial Planning skills within an SAP/Oracle environment. Significant understanding of the SOX model. Excellence in People Management - proven track record exemplified including managing a team in a matrix environment. Desired Skills: Experience in leading projects.
