Internal Communications & Engagement Manager. We are now recruiting an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to join our team in Eastgate Cork on a permanent basis. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. We are a global organisation, situated in 17 locations across 11 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT. Primary Accountabilities: Setting the PGCS Communications Strategy. Translating strategy into key communications plans and messages being deployed across the business through leader cascade packs, townhall decks and through communications platforms such as PEPFeed, Yammer and email. Managing the PGCS employee engagement agenda and associated workstreams to advance PepsiCo culture and the PGCS Ways of Working vision. Leadership for developing and executing the strategy and actions for PGCS Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), D&I (Including WIN) & supporting the STEM strategy in line with PepsiCo's philosophy and approach. Partnering with Executive Leadership Team in setting their individual functional communications & engagement strategies to engage and connect with employees across PGCS. Direct specialized support for the GM in defining key messages for delivery through communications strategy, Townhalls, presentation prep for senior visits, PepTalk etc. Overall Co- Ordination of an annual Leadership Forum :Agenda development (in partnership with GM), content creation and event management for 70 leaders. Global lead for PGCS on communications COE. Development of structured communications tools such as PGCS 101 Speaker notes, Branding materials to support Talent Acquisition, Website design and updates, global Pepsico communications, Leader Core PGCS Packs. Oversight and overall responsibility, leading and coaching a direct team member for the management and content delivery of the various communication support processes to ensure consistent, structured and streamlined communications across PGCS such as intranet, bi-weekly bulletin, digital signage and org announcements, DL lists etc. Event Co-Ordination and Communication Strategy and messaging for VIP visits and design and prepare communications presentations as well as co-ordinating events for senior leadership. Responsibility for PGCS PR with external media and bodies including provide Public policy talk points for use by leaders meeting Government officials. Essential Skills: Third Level Qualification in related discipline required (e.g. Arts (English) or Communications, Marketing, PR,HR. 5 years of relevant experience in Communications/HR - work experience within another large, global, multinational is a requirement. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to create high quality presentation visuals. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint skills essential. Strong collaboration and relationship building skills. Ability to understand complex and technical background and draw out simple key messages. Effective Multitasking/Prioritization Skills. Highly motivated individual who takes initiative and is a self-starter. Desirable Skills. Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, photoshop or video editing advantageous. Experience of using web- based content management systems advantageous. Experience in event management advantageous. Experience in working with creative suppliers (video, design, photographers etc) advantageous. For the purposes of external advertising we have called this role an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager.
