HR Business Partner. Permanent. Cork/Kerry. Our client, an indigenous not-for-profit organisation is recruiting a HR Business Partner to cover the Cork/Kerry region. This is a varied and challenging role which offers a lot of flexibility and the potential for remote working for the successful candidate. Responsibilities. Ensure the HR strategy is aligned with the overall business strategy. Drive the people strategy and talent management pipeline. Liaise with management on Workforce Planning. Lead projects and implement initiatives within the business. Deal with HR issues as they arise. Cover the Cork/Kerry region. Requirements. Third level qualification in HRM or similar relevant area. CIPD Accredited. Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role. Experience in a complex, fast-paced organisation. Experience across the full range of HR activities including performance management, project management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organisational development and change management. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build business relationships on all levels. Good judgement and the ability to make sound business decisions. Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of HRIS. Open to travel in the Cork and Kerry region. Full clean driving licence.
