My client, an established manufacturing company based in West Cork, is in need of a warehouse operative with counterbalance forklift to join their company. The desirable warehouse operative will need to possess the following qualifications: A current manual handling certificate. A current counter balance forklift certificate. A Power Pallet Truck Cert is desirable. The duties of the role will include but not be exclusive to: Maintaining inventory by identifying, labelling, and placing materials and supplies in correct stock locations and record location of inventory. Locate, pull and verify materials as needed for production. Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. Perform other assignments as needed. The skills sought after for the desirable warehouse operative include: Ability to interact professionally and effectively at all levels. Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a willingness to learn. Ability to multi-task with strong interpersonal skill set.
