Commissioning & Qualification Engineer | Cork | Contract| Pharmaceutical. Position for an experienced Commissioning & Qualifications Engineer to step into an influential role at a modern and highly automated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. On this long-term contract assignment, you will be responsible for the design and the execution of process validation studies for the large-scale API processes, participate in efficiency and streamlining projects contributing to process improvement, technology transfer, new product introduction and other projects at the state-of-the-art bio facility. This is the ideal role for a Commissioning & Qualification Engineer who has a strong background working within the pharmaceutical industry. Sterile Manufacturing C&Q experience is a plus. The main duties of the Commissioning & Qualification Engineer are the commission and qualification of various process and laboratory equipment, review and assess change control for API processes to determine impact on validated state, apply Lean Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, with an understanding of regulatory and validation requirements and prepare, review and approve technical documents, procedures, CAPAs, change control, deviations and metrics.
