Reliability Engineer | Ireland | Contract| Pharmaceutical. A new position for a Reliability Engineer to step into a reliability rolefor a global leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Cork. This is the ideal role for a Reliability Engineer who has a strong background in providing and/or improving asset reliability and the capacity of the manufacturing process and utility equipment in the manufacturing facility. The main duties of the Reliability Engineer are to provide analysis of equipment history, process data, and Failure Modes Effect Analysis, the Reliability Engineer is responsible for the correction of equipment problems causing repetitive failures. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position. This is the next step in ENG Bauen supporting the client growing capital investment needs in Ireland. The position: *Reliability Engineer. *Client siteCork– Pharmaceutical Plant. *Long term contract position. *To provide and/or improve asset reliability and capacity of manufacturing process and utility equipment in the manufacturing facility. *Responsible for the correction of equipment problems causing repetitive failures. The ideal applicant for the role: *Reliability Engineer. *Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired. *Must hold a degree or HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline, ideally mechanical engineering. *Must have worked within a highly regulated equivalent industry/plant such as Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Petrochemical or oil refinery/terminal. *Must have knowledge of the relevant regulations, codes and standards. *Knowledge of relevant statutory instruments e.g. PSSR, COMAH, PER.
