In this varied role, you would support the execution of the organisations Human Capital Strategy and partner with group leaders to deliver high-level human capital solutions aligned with department/function performance goals and business strategy. Overview of Responsibilities: Strategic Functions - you will get the opportunity to work closely with the Management Team to develop a high-performance culture and represent the HR team at a senior level. HR Team - manage and mentor the HR Generalists and HR Administrators within your reporting responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits - review comp and bens policies, review payroll and act as point of contact for Revenue. Employee Relations - partner with local Management providing guidance, support and advice in compliance with employment law. Performance Management & Review - s upport and coordinate the annual Performance Planning & Review Process and successfully implement the talent management framework and succession plans. Training & Development - participate in the preparation, discussion and agreement of Annual Training & Development Plan with key stakeholders. Recruitment & Resourcing - participate in external and internal recruitment processes as required. HR Projects - participate in companywide projects as part of the Global HR team. HR Reporting - support HR reporting and action on key metrics. What the ideal candidate looks like: Degree in Human Resources Management or related degree. 5+ years’ senior level HR experience. Experience in Compensation and Benefits and in-depth knowledge of employment legislation & payroll taxation. Strong facilitation, consultative and customer service skills. Project Management skills would be an advantage.
