My client, a well-established retailer in Cork City are seeking an eCommerce Specialist to join their expanding team to manage the product life-cycle across the store’s website. This role will involve collaborative working with the Marketing and Buying teams and the role will have the potential to expand! Key responsibilities of this role: Manage the product lifecycle for the website which includes the management and maintenance of site catalogues and uploading product photography to the website. Execute site refreshes on time and without errors to ensure product launches in a timely fashion. Liaise with external website partner to manage site updates, daily site maintenance and promotion setup. Ability to create brand appropriate product categories based on product merchandising feedback, current trends and analysis of product and category metrics. Liaise with the Buying team to coordinate assortment, deliveries, merchandising strategy and pre-order/back-order requirements. Collaborate with the Marketing team members to execute the Marketing strategy. Manage the Customer Service mailbox to proactively facilitate and resolve queries and issues. Based on competitive findings, recommend changes, updates and improvements to support the company’s objectives. The successful candidate: At least 1 year experience in an Ecommerce or Digital team with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Highly capable at multi-tasking, working independently with excellent time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams. Analytical mindset and proficient with various software systems.
