Accounting Clerk - AP






Accounting Clerk, Accounts Payable. Accounting Clerk - 9-Month Fixed Term Contract. Role overview: Checks and verifies cost accounting, account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. May reconcile difficult accounts. May maintain a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting. Duties: Assisting with Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, and or Collections. Assisting with Client Billing. General Bookkeeping. Journal Entries. General administrative duties. Experience: This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in a Shared Services environment or large volume MNC role. Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
