Marketing Career Recruitments client is a dynamaic and growing brand and design agency who seek to add talent to there award winning team based in Cork. Greenhouse Creative Agency is one of Ireland’s leading branding and design agencies, which specialises in the FMCG, food and retail sectors. With studios in Cork and Dublin we are looking to grow our client service team and recruit a Senior Account Manager/Account Director to manage and run client projects from start through to completion stage. Headquartered in Cork with an office in Dublin, this position is based in our Cork Studio. The role involves day to day contact with clients - managing client expectations, working on strategic presentations to attend regular work in progress with clients and establish a strong relationship to ensure repeat business and grow new business opportunities. Work with the design team, the client and suppliers to draw up action plans, communicate deliverables and keep projects on track. Work internally to deliver an effective and efficient project on time on budget and be accountable for the administration of the project. Writing and preparing proposals, design briefs, budgets, schedules and contact reports to ensure communication between client and team are clear. You will immerse yourself in client's activities by adding value to the client project through knowledge of the client's business, challenges, culture & competitive frame. Understanding and interest in clients brand and appreciation of design are fundamental attributes for the right candidate. Highly organised and keen to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communications and presentation skills. A good understanding of digital marketing would be an advantage. The role will be to work alongside and support the Creative Director, Client Service Director and the creative team. The role will require some travel. The candidates should have 4 to 5 years experience, preferably in an agency and demonstrate a keen interest in branding building. Seniority Level. Mid-Senior level. Industry. Design.
