Great opportunity to join a global healthcare company in a small clinic in Cork, the role is looking for someone with a strong admin background and a pleasant person to deal with. If you have a strong admin background, self-sufficient, organised and love dealing with people face to face then this role could be for you. I would be delighted to discuss the role in more detail, my contact information is at the bottom of this spec. What you will be doing: Answer all phone calls in a friendly & efficient manner. Schedule appointments for clinics, as requested by clinicians and/or on receipt of sanction from the HSE. Welcoming and informing visitors, collecting patient fees and assist in arranging transport. To produce quotations, invoices and other documents to the HSE and private clients and customers and to ensure that all relevant codes and documents are present timely and correct. To sympathetically and professionally respond to and as possible resolve patient queries, complaints and problems in person and via phone or other media. Maintain petty cash and appropriate levels of all office and stationery supplies. To prepare and generate reports for Management. To manage waiting lists, gather statistics for future staff, budget & clinic planning. Keeping the branch manager informed of the work status. Adhering to relevant laws and regulations for health care personnel. To carry out any other duties reasonably falling within the purview of the post. To communicate images and video footage for the purposes of marketing. Debtors. Credit control for AR accounts, including resolution of Debtors queries. Banking and Allocation of cash, cheques, EFT’s. Monthly statement production. Suppliers. Post AP invoices and process AP Payment runs on Business One. To prepare and generate reports for Management. To manage waiting lists, gather statistics for future staff, budget & clinic planning. Keeping the branch manager informed of the work status. Adhering to relevant laws and regulations for health care personnel. To carry out any other duties reasonably falling within the purview of the post. To communicate images and video footage for the purposes of marketing. What you need to do the job: Previous experience with invoicing is desirable. Pleasant, outgoing and friendly personality. Have a strong ethos of care. Be able to manage themselves. Autonomy of decision making. Highly detailed and analytical. Experience Business 1 SAP or similar is system experience desirable.
