Construction Sales Rep. Cork. The role of Business Developer will be to source & develop relationships with potential new customers in the Cork region. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B sales, ideally sales experience within the construction sector. Duties include. • Grow revenue and gross profit for the business. • Create and activate account management skills for customers and demonstrate complete knowledge of customer needs and a pathway to retention. • Generating leads. • Meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports. • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Skills/Experience required: • A minimum of 2+ years sales experience in a busy environment – BTB is essential. • Excellent customer service skills. • Good team player.
