This international manufacturing facility is looking to hire an experienced Manager who will have responsibility for the full materials life cycle from receiving to shipping, inventory management and people management. The role is warehouse based and reports to the Supply Chain Director. It's a multi-faceted role and would suit a very hands-on person who likes interacting across the business from production to planning. Inventory Control - managing stock at both 3PL and Distributor, minimising the occurrence of out-of-stocks and write-offs whilst maintaining stock levels at agreed levels. Materials Management - Responsibility for the full Material cycle from receiving to shipping; to include all inbound and outbound processes. Warehouse Management - Manages the day to day operation; opening and closing of the warehouses across three sites, communication with relevant departments, control the distribution of supplies within the organisation, control the inventory levels and availability of materials, manage relationships with 3PL. People Management - Responsibility for a highly engaged Stores team. Qualifications, Technical knowledge and Experience required: 5 years’ experience in Finished Goods Stock Management within a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong ERP/MRP experience. 3rd level Supply Chain Qualification plus IPICS. Management experience. Project management. Forklift license. Driving license. High level of computer literacy with Data Analytical skills required. Advanced Excel skills. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Good planning and organizational skills, pro­active with a flexible and can­do attitude. Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 Depending on experience.
