My client, a highly innovative healthcare provider in Cork is seeking a Patient Coordinator to provide excellent patient care and service across booking and billing processes. What youll be doing: Act as first point of contact for patients and act as an ambassador for the clinic to ensure outstanding customer service is provided. Coordinate, monitor, assign and patient appointments and billing activities. Answering phone and email queries and directing calls where appropriate. Create & update patient accounts and ensure systems are updated correctly. Post information packs to patients. Deal with suppliers and ensure orders are processed. Complete Dictation for Doctors and write up letters for patients. Manage patient communication and support with general office administrative duties as required. The successful candidate: 2 years experience working in an administrative position. Experience working with clients/patients in the private sector would be an advantage. Highly efficient, with excellent attention to detail and experience of CRM and MS Office. Warm, engaging and empathetic nature. Excellent written and verbal communication.
