Junior Telesales Agent. Cork. My client, a household name in print and digital media is recruiting a Junior Telesales Agent to join their team based in Cork. Act as the first point of contact for sales queries. Work to specific KPIs and targets. Operate in accordance with company policies and procedure. Identify and act on business opportunities. Assist with projects when required. Liaise with other areas of the business. Additional ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements Previous experience in a sales/customer service role. Experience in a call centre/BPO environment. Demonstrated ability to work to targets and KPIs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a professional manner.
