Our client is a world leader in pumps and associated fluid path technologies for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and environmental industries. With growth in the Aflex product range, an exciting and challenging sales opportunity has arose for enthusiastic and dynamic individual. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Identifying, driving and delivering sales and profit growth, through all channels (end users, resellers, contractors and OEMs), utilising Specialists and Support functions to best effect. Selling at every opportunity to maximise sales and profit growth. Matrix working with other colleagues; (Specialists, Other members of the Sales Team and internal staff. Maximise customer ‘contact’ time using appropriate resources to reduce administration and non-value adding activity. The successful candidate will need to possess: Drive and enthusiasm for achievement – a”can do” attitude. Eng qualification or Trade qualification ie. plumber/ pipe fitter. Ideally a working understanding of flexible hose, variations of fittings and fluid path technology found in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biotech and Food & Beverages sectors. Must have sales experience and knowledge of the Biopharma sector. English language and mathematical skills/knowledge a necessity. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Open and honest approach, facilitating the sharing of success and problems.
