Regional Sales Manager






Fexco Asset Finance (FAF) is currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager covering Cork and West Waterford. This role is being offered on a permanent basis. Job Purpose: To effectively and professionally handle the sales process in its entirety from prospecting, initial introductions, meetings and presentations and finally the set up and signing of a customer. To manage and foster effective working relationships with affiliates and business networks to achieve and exceed commercial sales targets. To assume personal sales targets, drive revenue and maintain and monitor effective annual targets. To contribute towards the development of the FEXCO Asset Finance. To develop and apply subject area knowledge to assist in the growth of the business nationwide. Main Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new sales leads through researching, networking and cold calling within the corporate market. Initiate and set up meetings with prospective clients then effectively sell the FEXCO Asset Finance product, closing the business face to face in both a SME and Consumer sector. Facilitate sign-up of clients where relevant. Ensure that all new client applications are compliant with FEXCO policies (i.e. appropriate anti-money laundering information is gathered and the client’s finance needs are fully understood. To drive new revenue and lead generation through new and existing affiliate relationships. To provide first class customer service to clients ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained. To work in close cooperation with the FEXCO Asset Finance sales and administration team in achieving the team goals. The Regional Sales Manager will need to address collections/accounts receivable issues as required. Qualifications/Experience Required: 2 to 3 years demonstrable Business to Business Sales experience ideally within the financial services market. Experience within the finance industry essential. Strong technical proficiency. Ability to deliver business in a target driven industry. Comfortable collaborating with a team. Must be highly motivated, driven and confident working autonomously. Must be able to persuade and influence internal and external clients. Comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outside the business, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism. Must be able to work under pressure and successfully manage a very diverse and demanding workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to travel within Ireland.
