Direct Sales – Nordic. Cork. Permanent. My client, a successful continually expanding global IT organisation is recruiting a Direct Sales Representative with fluent Danish, Swedish and or Norwegian to join their team in Cork. Responsibilities. Manage the full sales cycle. Cover the Nordic region. Build and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. Generate leads through a variety of methods including growing your own network. Work to specific KPIs. Consistently meet and exceed targets. Build strong pipeline and forecast as accurately as possible. Liaise with other areas of the business as required. Requirements. Fluent English and Danish/Swedish/Norwegian. Third level qualification. Direct sales experience. Previous experience in a technical sales role. An interest in technology is beneficial. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable dealing with senior and technical customers of all levels. Strong time-management and organisational skills. Experience managing the full sales cycle and working to individual targets. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Previous experience with a CRM system.
