My client, a well-established retailer in Cork City are seeking a highly dynanic inividual to join their expanding team to manage the product life-cycle across the store’s website. This role will involve collaborative working with the Marketing and Buying teams and the role will have the potential to expand! Key responsibilities of this role: Process online sales and manage online customer service queries. Manage deliveries and collections for online orders. Support with regular photoshoots of products and ensure new product lines are updated accordingly. Liaise with Marketing, Buying and the external website partner to manage site updates, daily site maintenance and promotion setup. Liaise with the Buying team to coordinate assortment, deliveries, merchandising strategy and pre-order/back-order requirements. Collaborate with the Marketing team members to execute the Marketing strategy. Based on competitive findings, recommend changes, updates and improvements to support the company’s objectives. The successful candidate: At least 1 year experience in an Ecommerce or Digital team with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Highly capable at multi-tasking, working independently with excellent time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams. Analytical mindset and proficient with various software systems.
