Source candidates using a variety of methods and platforms. Manage the end to end recruitment process. New business development. Advertise roles, schedule interviews, reference checking, salary negotiation, etc. Build strong professional relationships both internally and externally. Requirements. Min 5 years’ experience in a technical recruitment role. Experience recruiting Life Science/Engineering/Technology. Experience dealing with regulated environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Strong business development skills. Excellent attention to detail.
