Irish owned retail organization with over 300 employees. Management of key business systems, EPOS & e-commerce platform to ensure continuous uptime, timely issue resolution and prioritization of enhancements with the business. Develop, document and implement policies and procedures for IT systems and associated data. Management of IT budget for the business. Lead internal and external IT staff. Management of external IT suppliers across the organization including negotiations of contracts. Relevant IT business degree and a minimum of four years experience is a similar leadership role. Working knowledge of Magento 2 is a strong advantage. Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team. 3-5 years’ experience managing e-commerce platform.
