My client, a leader in Facilities Management is recruiting a high calibre Coordinator to operate an efficient Help Desk facility by co-ordinating the Facilities Management Contract services on site in a well-established Pharmaceutical company. What you will be doing: Coordinate and prioritise tickets on the helpdesk and ensure requests for engineering and facilities assistance are processed. Accurately record all maintenance information into the system – Maximo. Support with general administration in relation to the helpdesk and facilities department. Support with production and compilation of various reports. Comply with Health & Safety legislation and manage contractor work orders to ensure compliance with site KPIs. Update inventory assets. Provide new user training on the system (Maximo) and continuously update your knowledge on business processes so to advise users on the optimum use of the system. The successful candidate: Two years’ experience in an office environment. Excellent knowledge of MS packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Competent with various computerised database systems and procedures. Experience of prioritising tasks whilst showing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using Maximo or similar computerised PPM package along with previous helpdesk experience within facilities management would be desirable.
