Opportunity to leading manufacturing organisation with facilities in Ireland and the UK employing over 390 people. Responsible for the support of a three-cycle shift production facility sorting, processing raw materials into products. Efficient response to breakdowns and reliable consistency in carrying out preventative maintenance are essential to the role. Balance the demands of 3 production lines and prioritize jobs to maximize throughput. Preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance of all machinery. Continuous improvement of machinery driven by safety, downtime and quality issues. Maintaining and repairing all mechanical related equipment and tracing, diagnosing and rectifying faults. Recording all tasks on a computerized maintenance system. Relevant trades or related with ideally 3 years plus experience. Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic parts. Ability to devise and implement good preventative solutions to stop downtime recurring. Attention to detail in all tasks carried out.
