My client, a leader in the Technology industry is currently recruiting a high calibre Receptionist/Office Administrator. What you will be doing: Acting as first point of contact and answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls. Receive and dispatch mail. Arrange local and international business travel. Co-ordinate facilities for meetings (rooms, buffets etc) and assist with organisation of corporate functions and social activities. Manage supply of office stationery and consumables. Create documentation to support visa applications for business travel. Update the information/communication screens across the site. Support occasional recruitment administration. Provide occasional administrative support to departments. The successful candidate: Previous employment as a receptionist in a corporate environment is essential. Capable user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Articulate, confident and professional communicator. Exceptional telephone manner. Ability to liaise effectively at all levels with internal staff and external clients. Familiar with the principles of data security and understands the importance of handling certain information in a confidential and respectful manner.
