My client, a global Technology organisation is seeking an experienced, capable and confident Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Cork. What you will be doing: Managing the Reception area which will include granting access to visitors, taking calls, order management and coordinating incoming and outgoing post. Managing all Facilities related issues and building relationships with suppliers, maintenance and repairs contractors. Raise PO numbers for any Facilities works completed by subcontractors. Liaise with organisations Landlord. Coordinate catering and cleaning activities. Liaise with external IT team to ensure that IT access and desk set up is complete for new starters. Support with other ad-hoc administrative/coordination activities including supporting with occasional recruitment administration. The successful candidate: Previous Facilities experience in a corporate environment. Capable user of MS Office applications. Articulate, confident and professional communicator with the ability to build relationships with all levels. Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment.
